1. Return & Exchange Window
- You may return or exchange products within 30 days of purchase.
- For Watches, Jewellery and Sunglasses, the return window is 14 days.
2. Requirements for a Valid Return
To process any return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The original tax invoice / till slip must be presented.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and not opened, damaged, or tampered with.
- Items cannot be returned if they are past the expiry or sell-by date.
- Returns and exchanges will only be processed at the same store where the purchase was made.
- For card payments, any refunds will be processed back to the same card used for the transaction.
3. Items Strictly Non-Returnable
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Airtime vouchers
- Jewellery
- Shaving blades
- Sanitary products
- Socks
- Pantihose
- Underwear
- Batteries
- Perfumes
- Aerosol products
- Roll-on products
4. Appliances & Electrical Goods
All appliances and electrical items carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Please retain your proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
5. Disclaimer
Cosmix Beauty will not be held liable for:
- Defects arising from incorrect usage or unsuitability of products.
- Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of purchased products.
- Wrongful usage, dosage, or application of any product.
6. Conditions of Sale
- We reserve the right to limit quantities on all promotional products.
- All prices are displayed and charged in South African Rands.
- Cheques are not accepted as a payment method.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and SASSA cards.
- Please retain your original proof of purchase for warranty, returns, and exchange purposes.
